Email page to friendThe property is a five minute walk to the nearest beach and only 7 minutes from the old harbour, which is one of the main tourist attractions in Paphos.
The development is sited on Tomb of the Kings Road and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies, all within easy walking distance.
Whilst there is no need for private transport there are a multitude of car firms and taxis all within easy reach.
Many of the golf magazines are writing enthusiastic reports on the future of golf in Cyprus where an additional eleven courses are planned for the next few years. Currently there are five courses on the island, three of which are within a fifteen minute drive from the property.
Some of the island's other activities include sailing, nature trails, sub aqua, cycling and go karting, not to mention ski-ing on the slopes of the Troodos mountains which is less than two hours drive away.
