Also on the ground floor is the fitted kitchen which includes a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, steam iron and vacuum cleaner plus all the utensils needed for a pleasant stay.

Bedroom 1
This room includes a large double bed with bedside tables, dressing table and large fitted wardrobes (Inc owner's private wardrobe). Double sliding French doors lead onto the large upper patio area which overlooks the private gardens within the complex. (This patio also has its own top quality furniture)
Bedroom 2
This room comprises twin beds with bedside table, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Sliding French doors lead to the rear balcony.
Included for your comfort is a TV and DVD player with satellite channels including BBC1, BBC2 and ITV.
The pool bar, fully equipped gymnasium, Jacuzzi and sauna are for the exclusive use of residents living or staying within the Queens Gardens complex. Sun beds and parasols are also provided around the pool.
There is a small charge for use of the gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi which are available when the pool bar is open (times will vary according to the time of year)
The property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and the owners would ask that you treat the property with respect for the benefit of other guests.
